Refund Policy

Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, your server keeps its paid features for a 24-hour grace period before anything downgrades — nothing is lost or deleted, and access resumes automatically the moment payment succeeds.
Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the payment processor's (Polar) billing portal, linked from /subscription status in Discord. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not itself trigger a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests
Pricing is flat with no trial period, so we evaluate refund requests case by case — most commonly for a duplicate charge or a service outage that materially prevented use. Email support@discordmanager.xyz with your server name and the charge in question, and we'll respond directly.
