Getting started, commands, and help
Getting started
Invite Guild Manager to your Discord server, then, as a server admin:
- Run
/providers enable <name>to choose this server's first game provider — that becomes the primary provider setup completes with. - Enable more with the same command any time;
/providers listshows what's on. - If the bot is re-added to a server it already knew, nothing is lost — its configuration is archived, not deleted, and setup picks up where it left off.
From there, /schedule upcoming shows the calendar, and an RSVP channel or schedule board can be set up with /rsvp channel set and /schedule board set.

Which games does Guild Manager support?
Ragnarok: The New World (SEA) and Ragnarok Origin Classic today. A server can enable more than one at once.
Where does my server's data live?
In the bot's own self-hosted database — nothing about your server is sent to a third party except the payment provider (Polar) handling billing itself.
What permissions does the bot need?
It reads server member/role lists to resolve who a configured attendance role covers, and needs permission to post in whatever channel you point RSVP posts or schedule boards at. It does not request Administrator.
How do I go from free to paid?
Run /subscribe in your server and pick a provider — it opens a checkout link. /subscription status shows what's currently active.
